Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of an addition to Building 3 totaling approximately 3,060 SF and revitalizing specific areas, approximately 5,190 SF within the existing facility. Work includes the relocation of restroom/shower/locker room, sleeping rooms, and Fire Alarm Communication Center (FACC), renovation of the kitchen and dining room, expansion of the dining room, replacement of architectural finishes, and upgrade of electrical services including emergency power. The estimated value of the work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 dollars. Government furnished materials are not included. The work area is located in a controlled area. The contract performance period shall be 200 calendar days, and the Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1542. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 05 April 1996.
