The work includes, but is not limited to the following: (a) Replace the existing asphalt shingle roots wit new standing seam metal roofing over existing wood siding on parapet walls (b) Re-stain existing wood at fascias and around windows and doors (c) Replace the existing carport roofs (including sheathing) with new built-up roofing systems. Replace existing fascias. (d) Paint new fascias and underside of new sheathing at carports. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is a 100% emerging small businesses Set-Aside.
