Scope of work: This contract is for all material, labor, services and equipment for upgrading security systems at the Postal Facility in the John O'Holly Building at 2400 Orange Ave, Cleveland OH. the systems involved include the CCTV system; the access control system, the perimeter gates and a new intercom system. Portions of the three existing systems are being removed and replaced with new. Some systems are being expanded to include new additional functions. Offerors must have a minimum of three years experience as a security specialist/electrician with additional experience in fencing and primarily engaged in this line of work and who, in addition, shall have satisfactorily completed at least three prior projects comparable in size and scope to the work required by this solicitation. The estimated price range is between $200,000 and $300,000 with completion within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
