The principle features of this project shall include but not be limited to exterioer patio and concrete slab demolition / removal / ground restoration; roof patching; interior renovations; lead containing paint removal and refinishing of interiors; replacement of floor, ceiling and wall finishes including asbestos tile removal; replacement of bathroom fixtures / accessories, including asbestos tile board wainscot; replacement of kitchen facilities, including kithen sink with asbestos undercoating; plumbing; air conditioning system installation; bathroom exhaust fan installation and associated electrical work including lighting power, fire alarm system, and telephone and cable TV work. A solicitation will be issued on or about 30 April. The estimated cost of construction will be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 dollars.
