Z - Exterior/Interior wall repairs at Summit Plaza Apartments, Jersey City, New Jersey(Camci Building, 730 Newark Ave.). Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform repairs, including, but not limited to removing spalled concrete and repairing concrete, adding new anchors at terraces, refinishing terraces, installing new structural anchorage at stair towers, and providing new metal insulated siding and galvanized steel angle girt system at a 16 story building. Completion time 250 days. Estimated price range between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. There will be a non-refundable fee of $100.00 for each set of plans and specifications. The package will be available on or about April 16, 1996. Plans and specifications may be examined or obtained in Room 35-120, 26 Federal Plaza on or about April 16, 1996.
