Z -- RHOMBIC ANTENNA REMOVAL POC Contracting Officer, Patrick Folts, FAX 011-49-8024-903350 The International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB) has an immediate requirement to remove antenna towers, transmission lines and all associated concrete tower and guy-wire foundations for 10 rhombic antenna systems at its Holzkirchen Relay Station in Germany. Work involves the removal and disposal all steel and concrete material generated from this disposal work in strict compliance with all applicable German codes and regulations. An on-site pre-proposal meeting is mandatory for all prospective offerors in order to be thoroughly acquaint with the conditions under which the work must be performed. The RFP is planned to be issued during May 1996, with proposals due 30 calendar days thereafter. An in-country contract award will be made in Germany and payments will be made in local currency. The contract performance period is estimated to be 30 days. The estimated construction cost range is between $100,000 - $250,000. If a copy of the solicitation is desired, submit a written request to the Contracting Officer stated above accompanied by a non-refundable payment in the amount of $25.00 (USD) made out to the International Broadcasting Bureau.
