The Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center, Alpena, MI 49707-8125 plans to renovate a barracks facility. This project will be to renovate a 2178 SF single story masonary and wood framed building. Construct permanent steel stud and gypsum wall board partitions, providing new windows, doors, frames and hardware as required. Upgrade electrical, adding new outlets, telephone and television pedestals. Provide new distribution system for the existing HVAC. Install new concrete walks and restore the surrounding grounds. The project will be a lump sum contract. Contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision necessary to accomplish the project described.
