The initial contract will be for twelve (12) months with two (2) options. The option may be exercised before the twelve months if the annual requirements is depleted. There will be a minimum quantity guarantee of $250,000.00 for the base plus any option exercised. The magnitude of this work is between $2.5 million and $3.0 million.
