Project JKSE912025 includes but is not limited to plant, labor, material, equipment, and supervision to remove existing miscellaneous fire alarm devices and hardware, install new heat detectors, and transmitters, rezone existing office areas, install new zones, install new fire alarm control panels, install new voice control panel, install new pull stations and bells and upgrade existing central control fire alarm system. The estimated cost range of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1731. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than seven (7) million dollars average annual revenue for the previous three years. Bid documents are available on or about April 3, 1996. Bid opening date is approximately thirty (30) days after issuance of solicitation. Based on the relative complexity of the project the Contractor selected shall perform on the site, and with its' own organization, work equivalent to at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract.
