The Manual Optical Alignment System shall consist of, but not be limited to, 3 theodolites with NIST certification and stands, measurement standards, cart and console, translation stages, eyepieces, targets, controller and measurement software. Included in the Statement of Work are provisions for Acceptance, Installation and Training. The functions to be performed include measurement of antenna surfaces for curvature, mechanical calibration of a large near-field antenna scanner and for mechanical alignment of test items to the scanner.
