The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Compuquest because they own all patent and proprietary rights to the software for they originally developed the current government owned version. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland within 40 days after contract award.
