Theproposed work is a modification of Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) contract, DNA001-94-C-0134. The purpose of the modification is to specify added technical requirements to update QSTAG 1051, complete update to EM-1 Chapter 10, and wrap up the high altitude Electromagnetic Pulse Targeting and Planning System (HEMPTAPS) software code effort underway. DNA plans to award a sole source contract modification to Metatech Corporation, 358 S. Fairview Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117. DNA believes that Metatech is the only source possessing the existing RDT&E expertise to adapt this specific requirement to meet this program requirement within the time required by DNA and available funding.
