This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the LRAS3 and the synopsis published 16 Feb 96 is amended to include the following statement: ''Contingent upon meeting established security requirements, industry from the following countries have been determined to be eligible to participate in the LRAS3 program: Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Egypt, and Israel. Countries other than those listed may request copies of the BAA but release cannot be guaranteed. Foreign industry desiring copies of classified RFPs, BAAs and other documents must submit an official request through their embassy to HQ DA, Attn: DAMI-POC, Washington DC 20310-1001.''
