The Office of Naval Research intends to negotiate a sole source contract to Kinzuid, Inc. for software transfer of medical and military unique manuals to CD-ROM and a user interface for use by isolated corpsmen under combat conditions. The software must be delivered by 30 June 1996 for evaluation and possible deployment to Bosnia or other forward combat areas. Because of their previous experience in developing computer interfaces supporting independent duty corpsmen with no computer background, Kinzuid has unique qualifications, and it is the only known company that can meet our required delivery schedule See Numbered Note(s): 22.
