This proposed acquisition provides for the construction of ship computer models and ship computer model modification support to include on-site inspection of ship topside arrangements with regard to pointing and firing zones for U.S. Navy ships. The ship computer model and/or modifications shall be three-dimensional. In addition, the depiction of ship structure shall be in a blockage diagram. The ship computer models shall be constructed using the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division Ship Modeling Standards. This procurement is unrestricted.
