Contracting Officer. The U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and
Training Administration (DOL/ETA) is soliciting proposals to select
experts on One-Stop and The Enterprise Council to support system
building. Applicants shall submit their proposals to be considered for
award. Once the competitive process has been completed, indefinite
quantity, task order contracts will be let with each selected awardee.
No further competition will be required prior to procurement of their
services. Periodic solicitations may be issued to add potential
candidates to the list. The period of performance for the prospective
award will be twelve (12) months, from contract execution. The
requirement is 100 percent Small Business set-aside. The SIC Code is
8742 and the Size Standard is 5 million. Requests for proposals will be
available upon written request only, approximately 15 days from the
date of publication, on a first come, first-served basis, until the
supply is exhausted. Telephone requests will not be honored. For
requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer
may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The fee will not
exceed the actual cost of duplication of the solicitation documents.
Closing date for receipt of proposals will be May 3, 1996, at 2:00
p.m., local time. Proposals must cite RFP-DAA-96-30 and must include
two self addressed labels. Failure to enclose labels may cause delay in
