This is to advise interested contractors that this office is advertising the following project. The proposed expansion of the USPS Processing & Distribution Center in Corpus Christi, Texas, will include a building addition of approximately 43,000 square feet which includes an enclosed dock. There is approximately 12,200 square feet of remodeling in the existing building. Demolition work will include removing the existing dock and a office wing. The proposed addition will require phasing in order to allow the facility to remain in operation throughout the course of construction. Performance Time is 365 days.
