The building is structural steel framed with an exterior wall system which is a combination of prefabricated reinforced brick veneer panels, GFRC panels, and vision spandrel glass windows. Included in the facility are a 0.9m high raised access floor system, a structural concrete floor slab, a suspended acoustical ceiling, one elevator, communications, security, and a roof level penthouse for mechanical and HVAC equipment. Supporting facilities include electrical power, fire protection, and fire detection systems. Site improvements include lighting, relocation of public utilities, storm drainage, water, sanitary sewer, and storm water management. The construction site will have access limited to U.S. citizens.
