Provide and erect a new 3000 sf pre-engineered metal storage bldg (50'x 60'x 16'high) with new reinforced concrete foundation; bldg shall have 2 personnel doors and 1 overhead door; and will be provided with insulation, a gas-fired heating system, high pressure sodium interior lighting, exterior lighting, and electrical receptacles. Other work includes new concrete sidewalks and a concrete approach apron, reconnecting gas/electric lines, site grading/restoration, and incidental related work.
