Z -- REPLACE/MODIFY REFRIGERATION UNIT SOL F40650-96-B-0023 DUE 051096 POC Sylvester Hubbard, Contract Manager, (615)454-7806 This procurement will provide a new air-cooled chiller for comfort cooling. Some characteristics the air-cooled chiller must contain are: be a twin rotary screw chiller, Refrigerants limited to R-22 or R-134a, minimum size 220 tons, supplied with an interface module to allow for communications to CSI I/NET 7700 software. This unit will tie into the existing air handling system. The project includes demolition, piping, controls, electrical, concrete, welding, lead removal and asbestos removal. This work will be done at Arnold Air Force Base Tennessee. Performance period is anticipated to be 130 days. The estimated price of this effort is between $250,000 and $500,000.
