Delivery of 48,000 gallons is requested on an indefinite quantity type contract as specified in the solicitation. The period of performance is one base year to begin 1 October 1996 to 30 September 1997 and four (4) option years thereafter. The fluid is required by Naval Air Station Keflavik, Iceland. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Only written or facsimile requestes will be accepted. Requests for the solicitation must state that neither the requestor nor the pricipal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive a contract from any federal agency.
