The Bureau of the Public Debt intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Network Imaging Corporation (NIC), First Floor, Suite 107, 84 Business Park Drive, Armonk, NY 10504, for LANVIEW software. The software shall have the following capabilities: software will be installed on NIC's LA1601 Control Unit connected to the LA1691/141 Computer Output to Laser Disk (COLD) system currently installed at Public Debt, provide personal computer (PC) software site license for a maximum of 100 users for the capability of a direct connection to the COLD system, 32-bit architecture, compatible with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows NT, print preview facility, sequentially or index key report viewing capability, zoom capability, split screen capability, help function, find facility. Firms must submit a capability statement and all pertinent information identifying their capability to supply the required software. This information will be considered, however, only if clear and convincing documentation, including complete technical and pricing information, is received in this office within fifteen (15) days after publication of this notice. Only written responses are acceptable. No clarifications will be obtained for incomplete or unclear responses.
