Systems Command proposes to acquire three-hundred sixty-four (364) Mk
749 Mod 0 tri-pack containers for the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM)
(324 will be for U.S. effort and 40 will be for German effort). The
Containers are used in shipping and storage of RAM missiles. Delivery
of first article unit required 120 days after contract award. This is
not a small business set-aside. The solicitation will be posted on the
NAVSEA Contracts World Web home page approximately 29 April 1996 at
the following address: http://sea02www.navsea.navy.mil/. The subject
solicitation package can be located by its solicitation number and
downloaded. Due to the fact that there are aperture cards for the
baseline listing that cannot be transmitted electronically, offerors
are advised that they must notify the POC either electronically or at
the mailing address listed herein to request the aperture cards. The
aperture cards will be mailed the same day the solicitation is posted
on the NAVSEA Contracts World Wide Web home page. A limited number of
hard copies will be available on a first come, first served basis
beginning approximately 29 April 1996 at the NAVSEA Industry Liaison
Office, Room 5E40 in the Zachary Taylor Office Building (National
Center #3), 2531 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA, from 9:00am
