SOL MDA908-96-R-0016 DUE 043096 POC Contract Specialist, CARL EDWARDS, (202) 231-2834 The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence (DIA) has a requirement to procure services of a contractor to develop, install, connect, test, and demonstrate a pretreatment system for developer/acid waste streams generated by the Defense Intelligence Agency Center, Bolling AFB, Washington, DC. Contractor shall develop, install, connect, test, and demonstrate a pretreatment system for processing developer/acid waste streams in a form suitable for direct discharge to the sanitary sewer under the terms of the discharge permit and remove cadmium and silver to a concentration of less than 0.10 milligram per liter (mg/l). The government will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
