SOLICITATION NOTICE: The work includes demolition and complete removal of sixty-one (61) single story, wood frame housing units and associated garage structures, including removal of foundations, site improvements, landscaping, and incidental related work. Buildings contain lead based paints and non-friable asbestos containing roofing felts and floor tiles.--Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.--The proposed contract is being solicited as UNRESTRICTED. If an award is made to a Large Business, an aggressive subcontracting plan for small businesses and small disadvantaged businesses is required.--The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1795 and related small business size standard is $7,000,000.
