The RFP will be initiated to procure repair, overhaul and/or modification and test services for the Fuel Accessories Workload at Kelly AFB, TX. Work will be performed IAW applicable Statement of Objective and Technical Requirements Document. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with a Basic Five-Year Period with Five One-Year Option Periods is anticipated for award. Formal Source Selection Procedures will be utilized IAW AFFARS 5307, Appendix AA. A Bidder's Library will be established 01 April 1996. Security and Foreign Disclosure Restrictions will apply. Visit shall be by appointment only on a first-come, first-served basis and must be requested from SA-ALC/LDPZ at (210) 925-4275 or FAX (210) 925-0916. A pre-solicitation conference is scheduled for 17 April 1996 at Kelly AFB, TX. The approximate issue date for release of the Formal RFP is 21 May 1996 with receipt of proposals due 23 July 1996.
