Wenrick, Contracting Officer. The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC) solicits offers for the repair of a 350KW, 370/480 Volt Generator Set, Serial Number JF-96911, at Eglin Air Force Base, FL. Repairs shall be to the alternator and the engine. The alternator repairs shall include: clean and recondition windings, replace rear bearings, dynamically balance rotor and cooling fan, remove and reinstall alternator to engine. The engine repairs shall include: replace rear crankshaft oil seal, wear ring, scuff plate, and flywheel bolts; remove and dye check or magnaflux engine rod and main bearings, change engine oil and filters. Temporary generator set must be available for use while Government generator is under repair. Provide hourly labor rate, estimated number of hours to complete repair, cost of loaned generator, estimated travel expenses, and other applicable expenses.
