To provide service and repair of Sootblowers and Auxiliaries to place equipment in first class operating condition. Includes service and repair of the Diamond Power Rotary and retractable type sootblowers located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The contractor shall furnish all labor, travel, testing, testing equipment, parts and materials and equipment necessary to perform the service and repair to include cleaning the fireside of each boiler, including soot hoppers in accordance with local, state and federal environmental rules and regulations. Some work will be done while boilers are in operation. All work will be accomplished in accordance with ''Specifications Service and Repair of Sootblowers and Auxiliaries, Buildings 506 and 3013''. Period of Performance to be one base year staring from date of award with two years option to renew. This is a 100% small business set-aside. See Note 1.
