Y -- CONSTRUCT A 50 FOOT X 160 FOOT BUILDING SOL DAKF40-96-B-0016 DUE 052296 POC Contract Specialist BOB DRISCOLL (910) 396-4362 X225 (Site Code DAKF40) The U.S. Army has a requirement for furnishing all labor, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to construct a 50 foot x 160 foot single story building at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The work includes but is not limited to the following: slab-on-ground and masonry walls - 8 inch CMU with 4 inch architectural concrete masonry units exterior - split faced and split ribbed. The roof structure is bar joists and metal deck and rigid roof insulation and an elastomeric (EPDM) membrane system. Interior finishes include vinyl composition tile, ceramic tile, carpet, painted walls, lay-in acoustical tile and gypsum board. Also includes the installation of new asphalt parking area, new water and sewer system, new power and lighting system, new telephone duct and raceway systems, new fire detection and alarm systems, new HVAC system, new plumbing fixtures and sanitary waste & vent systems.
