The government intends to award a requirement type contract for major railroad repair and reconstruction at Tooele Army Depot, Tooele, Utah. The contractor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform this contract. Contract performance will be for a one year period with the option of an additional four years. The minimum total order for the base year is estimated at approximately $3,000,000. The solicitation requires the contractor to provide evidence that he/she has been in business as a Railroad Contractor for a minimum of 3 years. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
