Project consist of the removal of a packaged, self-contained, roof-top multizone air conditioning unit from the roof of Bldg. 803, at Key Field ANG Base, Meridian, MS, replacing the removed unit with a new central air conditioning system. Work shall also include additions, modifications and alterations to the facility electrical system as necessary to accommodate the new air conditioning system; alterations to ceilings in the facility as required to modify the existing duct system and accommodate additions thereto, and the construction of interior partitions required to separate the existing electrical service room from the new boiler system. Anticipated bid issue and bid opening dates are 11 April and 11 May 1996, respectively. The estimated amount of this requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation is unrestricted.
