This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared
in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; RFQ's are being requested and a
written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 1432 S0369005
is issued as a request for quotation and incorporates provisions and
clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-35. The
provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial applies
to this acquisition. This requirement is a Total Small Business
Set-Aside, SIC 3564 with a Size Standard of 500 employees. Small
Business concerns having the ability to furnish the following are
requested to submit a written quotation with a completed copy of FAR
52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items
to: US Bureau of Mines, Branch of Procurement, PO Box 18070, Pittsburgh
PA 15236 within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this
synopsis/solicitation. CID: Filter bags for baghouse, 1000 ea., 5''
diameter x 198'' long, compression band top w/open eye galvanized cap
installed, 6'' double cuff bottom w/cord inserted cuff, 6 rings
installed, fabricated of 10 oz woven fiberglass w/acid resistant
finish. Clamps, 1,000 ea, worm drive all stainless - 301 band -350
gear. S-hooks, 1,000 ea., galvanized open style - 3/16'' dia x 2''
long. Clevis pin, 1,000 ea, steel 3/16'' dia x 3'' long. Leak seaker
powder, 1 case of 4 ea - 5lb (or equal) containers (orange). Precoat of
conditioning agent for the bags, 30 ea - 40 lb bags. Required delivery
schedule - all items and quantities shall be delivered within ninety
(90) calendar days after date of receipt of written notice of award,
