68 -- DELIVERY OF PROPANE GAS TO FORT LEONARD WOOD, MISSOURI AND FILLING OF GOVERNMENT OWNED TANKS SOL DABT31-96-B-0018 DUE 061796 POC Contact Glenn Tate, Contract Specialist, 314-596-0255, Contracting Officer, Donald F.Blotzer Contractor shall provide propane gas and all labor, equipment and materials required to deliver propane gas to Fort Lenard Wood, Missouri and fill the Government owned tanks. Contractor shall also provide all labor, equipment and materials to transfer propane from one Government owned tank to another Government owned tank at another location. The Contractor will not be given a staging area for a transport truck/trailer on the Military Reservation. The Contractor shall monitor the level of the propane in all Government tanks covered by this contract and maintain a minimum of 50% of the tank capacity in each tank. This is a Requirements-Type contract with an estimated requirement for 1,200,000 gallons of propane to be delivered to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri per year. Contract is for a Base Year with two One-Year Options. Project is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency.
