Procurement actions are being taken to procure the following: 32 each Scanner, Laser, Welch Allyn Scanteam Model 5510-2 (includes 5500/PM1 Programming Menu and 5500 Holder Beige Laser Holder); 32 each Boot Only (Beige) for Welch Allyn Scanteam Model 5510-2 Laser, P/N 5500BOOT; 32 each ``Y'' Cable for Welch Allyn Scanteam Model 5510-2 Laser, P/N 42204061-03. The delivery point to be Mechanicsburg, PA. It is expected that the contract awardee will be able to provide the required equipment within a two week period from date of notice of award. All responsible sources able to provide the equipment in accordance with the specs (as cited in this notice) are invited to respond by contacting the above listed address either via mail or fax (717-770-5689). Request that the following data be included by all interested parties: (a) statement of affirming compliance to the Welch Allyn descriptions shown above; (b) applicable Unit pricing; and estimated delivery time. In addition, all offerors are hereby being informed that prices quoted are to be at FOB; destination rates (meaning that the government shall not incur nor be liable for any other costs other than the unit prices quoted).
