Mines is negotiating a modification to existing Cooperative Agreement
1432 CO240007 with the Particle Technology Laboratory of the University
of Minnesota to Adapt Long Sample Time Virtual Impactor Technology for
Use as a Preclassifier for the Machine Mounted Continuous Respirable
Dust Monitor (MMCRDM). The cooperator will be involved in the design,
construction and testing of a respirable sample inlet, transport path,
preclassifier and referee sampler for a pre-production prototype
MMCRDM. The work is a continuation of the effort begun on August 1,
