Concerns having the ability to provide a Comprehensive Sanctions
facility and services for male and female Federal offenders. Interested
offerors are requested to give written notification (including
telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer
listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody,
control, furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the
expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment.
Three programmatic components will be required (Pre-Release Component,
Community Corrections Component and Home Confinement Component). These
components and services described shall be in accordance with the
Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility
shall be in the San Antonio, Texas area. Estimated number of mandays
is 69,350 (54,750 males and 14,600 females) for the base period, 34,675
(27,375 males and 7,300 females) for the first, second and third option
years respectively. Estimated RFP issue date is May 6, 1996, estimated
closing date is June 19, 1996. Contract base period is 2 years, with
three one-year options to renew. A requirements contract is
anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall
be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted. No
