H -- MISCELLANEOUS LABORATORY TESTING SOL DABT57-96-B-0039 DUE 043096 POC Contract Specialist CAROLE STRICKLAND (804) 878-2936 (Site Code DABT57) Non-personal services to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision for miscellaneous laboratroy testing. Principal features include but are not limited to the following: (1) Monthly Testing and Monitoring Wells for total petroleum hydracarbons, (2) Monthly sewage tests and (3) Quarterly Drinking Water Tests. Contractor must be certified by the Virginia Health Department and the Commonwealth of Virginia as capable of properly performing drinking water tests. Contractor must have a minimum of three years experience in laboratory testing procedures and located with 1 to 1 1/2 hour driving distrance from Fort Monroe, VA. Duration of contract performance is Base Year (beginning on 1 Oct 96 for 12 months) with four one year options. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. DABT57-96-B-0039 will be issued approximately 4/15/96 and close 05/15/96. This action is a 100% set-aside for small business.
