U.S. Customs Service Domestic Air Interdiction Coordinator Center
(DAICC) is a command, control, communication, and intelligence system
that monitors air and ground traffic entering the southern U.S. border.
The facility is located in Riverside California and consist of
approximately 25,000 square feet of office, operations/computer rooms
and warehouse space in one building located on approximately 94,000
square feet of fenced and landscaped grounds. The DAICC facility is
operational 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. The purpose of this
contract is to provide for the services, supervision and personnel
necessary to perform facility maintenance, limited interior renovation,
specified building equipment maintenance, janitorial services and
landscape maintenance to keep the facility at the required operational
level. All request for solicitations must be in writing. This
solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns in accordance
