The right of preference does not apply to this contacting action pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of the Act of October 9, 1965, (79 Stat. 969; 16 U.S.C. 20). Interested parties should contact the Superintendent, Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, P.O. Box 39, Crow Agency, Montana 59022-0039, (406) 638-2622, for information as to the requirements of the proposed permit. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Director will consider and evaluate all offers received as a result of this notice.
