The proposed action is set-aside for Buy Indian Organizations in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(5), FAR 6.302-5, and Public Health Service Acquisition Regulation 380.5. It is the intent of the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service to issue request for proposal on April 18, 1996 to the Indian Health Board of Minneapolis for continuation of a comprehensive urban health care clinic, which founded and developed the urban health program and is a 100 percent Indian Owned Non-profit Corporation.
