Contract radiologist shall meet or exceed currently recognized national standards, shall be licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall obtain clinical privileges to practice at Ireland Army Community Hospital through the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) Credentials Committee. Radiologist shall provide a dedicated telephone line, equipment, hardware, and software compatible with the MTF to receive/display the transmitted images. Contract period is 1 June 1996 through 30 September 1996 with four one year options through 30 September 2000. Only written or facsimile solicitation requests are acceptable. See Note 1.(0085)
