Acquisition of services to provide Information Warfare/Information Operations (IW/IO) support to the land component and separate Army Commanders to facilitate planning and execution of IO. As the US Army focal point for IW/IO, the Land Information Warfare Activity (LIWA) will coordinate and assist when requested. This is to include units located in the US and world wide. The contractor will provide IW/IO management support, technical, engineering and administrative support to the US Army LIWA. The prime deliverable of this effort will be automated computer programs, computer models and tools, data bases, decision aids, plans, studies, reports and product developement/integration for LIWA. A Top Secret (TS) Facility Clearence is required: All proposed personnel must have a TS clearance with Special Background Investigation and have access adjudicated by contract award date anticipated to be o/a 1 October 1996. There will be a reading room provided which will include perninent information and regulations as listed in the statement of work. A Sensitive Compartmented Information/Sensitive Information security clearance will be required to use the reading room. An unclassified preproposal conference will be held o/a 28 May 1996.
