This project is the replacement of a CBX for voice telecommunications. The new system shall support common features and functions conventional commercial systems plus provide for future expansion. The system shall supply and support 100 trunks, 200 ports, 10 bridges, carrier interfaces, power fail circuits, 1 attendant console, and 110 telephone sets. This interface shall be capable of dropping T-1 channel 1 or 2 as a 56Kb V.35 circuit to an external packet switch.
