Y -- ENERGY SAVINGS PERFORMANCE CONTRACT SOL DACA87-96-R-0022 DUE 061596 POC Contract Specialist Carol Eaves (205) 895-1124 (Site Code DACA87) The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville, intends to procure a basewide contract for energy conservation projects at Fort Huachuca, Sierra Vista, Arizona. This procurement is restricted to those firms on the DOD prequalified ESPC list for all technologies established 1 Jan 96. The acquisition is in accordance with the Energy Policy Act of 1992, Public Law 102-486, 42 USC 8287, 10 USC 2865 and Defense Energy program Policy Memorandum (DEPPM) 94-2. A firm-fixed price requirements contract is anticipated. The contract term is 25 years. The initial ordering period is for three years, with two two-year options. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 15 April 1996 and proposals received on 15 June 1996. A preproposal conference will be conducted to familiarize potential offerors with the site and specific work requirements. Technical evaluation factors will be set forth in the solicitation. The Standard Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 8711. For the purpose of this solicitation any concern whose annual receipts over the past three years do not exceed an average of $20 million is considered a small business. (0085)
