Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to Construct a 24,737 square foot Consolidated Youth Center and adjacent site work in accordance with the specification and drawings issued upon request and payment as required at Vandenberg AFB Ca. The project includes a 24,737 square foot structure comprising a Before and After School Care classrooms with folding acoustical partitions, Youth Activities/Game rooms, Youth Program Administration Offices and a Multipurpose Gymnasium structure with moveable divider partition. Site work includes concrete curb and gutter, asphalt parking, concrete, brick pavers, redwood board walkways, landscaping and utilities. The structural system consists of footings and concrete slab-on-grade and structural steel system. Exterior walls are textured concrete masonry block walls, stucco and plaster soffits, hollow metal doors/frames, glass doors, storefront windows and translucent fiberglass sandwich panel for the gymnasium windows. The roofing material is concrete tile with translucent fiberglass sandwich panels for skylights. Interior construction includes metal studs with gypsum board. Fire-Rated walls are steel studs and Type X gypsum board. Wall finishes include paint and vinyl wallcovering. Floor finishes are ceramic tile, sheet vinyl, vinyl composition tile, rubber tile, rubber sports flooring, wood dance flooring and carpet. The ceiling finish is acoustical tile and sound surface material. Work includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and food service equipment. The magnitude of this project is $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.00. This solicitation is unrestricted.
