DESCRIPTION OF WORK--The work includes paving existing non-paved areas with A/C paving of various thickness. Construction and involves some drainage (catch basins), concrete flat work, minor grading, lighting and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000.--Firm Fixed Price Contract.--Contract duration is 60 calendar days.--Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.--This project is unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1611 and the annual size standard is $17 million.--NOTE: Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office.--A fee will be charged for all plans and specs. Each set will cost $15.85.
