The service is to commence on or about August 1, 1996. To determine contractor responsibility, the solicitation requires that bidders shall submit a list of at least three (3) service contracts successfully completed in the last five (5) years (comparable in dollar value, scope, and size). Each building referenced should include the names addresses, and telephone numbers of the buildings' owners or managers, and the major types of equipment services. The bidder must also submit resumes of the On-Site Supervisor(s) and Project Manager that will demonstrate their experience in supervising projects of comparable size, scope, and building equipment and systems. If the bidder utilizes subcontractors to perform any maintenance work, the bidder must provide a resume detailing the qualifications of the subcontractor(s) being utilized. The estimated cost range of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00, and is being solicited under Full and Open Competition.
