Contractor to furnish all labor, supplies, equipment and materials necessary to Alter Mission Support Facility, Bldg #653, at the Air National Guard Base, Moffett Federal Airfield, California (Santa Clara County). This facility is an existing unoccupied 17,500 SF building with a steel frame and roof structure, GFRC panels and concrete slab on grade construction. Interior work includes demolition and removal of existing walls and doors, construction of new partition systems and doors, with the associated relocation of electrical, HVAC and fire sprinkler work, minor plumbing revisions and communications wiring. Lead paint removal and disposal may be required. The estimated construction cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about 12 Apr 96. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1594. The applicable small business size standards including affiliates is not more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
