RENOVATION AND ADDITION TO THE EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING AT THE EL RITO
RANGER DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE SITE. IN ADDITION TO THE RENOVATION OF
THE EXISTING 1800 SF OFFICE BUILDING; PROVIDE APPROXIMATELY 3660 SF OF
ADDTIONAL OFFICE SPACE INCLUDING CONFERENCE ROOM, EMPLOYEE LOUNGE,
PUBLIC LOBBY/RECEPTION AREA, COMPUTER ROOM, AND RESTROOMS. NEW
PLUMBING, HVAC, ELECTRICAL AND LIGHTING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE ENTIRE
BUILDING. A NEW SEWAGE HOLDING TANK/MOUND SYSTEM WILL BE PROVIDED ON
SITE TO SERVICE THE NEW BUILDING AND EXISTING FACILITIES. A NEW WATER
SUPPLY LINE TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE SITE WILL BE INSTALLED TO INCLUDE
FIRE HYDRANTS. NEW ELECTRICAL AND TELEPHONE SERVICES WILL ALSO BE
PROVIDED. IN ADDITION, SITE REGRADING FOR DRAINAGE AND A NEW PARKING
LAYOUT AND PAVING WILL BE PROVIDED. PRICE RANGE IS $500,000 TO
