Rosenberry, (317)306-4626, Additional Contact, FACSIMILE, (317)306-3066 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Indianapolis, Indiana, intends to contract with Metric Systems Corporation, 645 Anchors Street, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548-9990 on a sole source basis for various spare assemblies/subassemblies for the A/E37T-35 Test Set. The performance of these spare assemblies/subassemblies must be identical to the same assemblies/subassemblies in the production A/E37T-35 Test Set. This is necessary to ensure that these spare assemblies/subassemblies will function properly and be completely interchangeable with the A/E37T-35 Test Set once fielded. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Metric Systems Corporation is the prime contractor for the A/E37T-35 Test Set and is the only source with the requisite knowledge and technical documentation to fulfill this requirement.
